ABOUT THE JEWELS

I use only solid 18 karat gold and natural, faceted and cabochon cut gemstones in my pieces. Many gems do typically undergo enhancements such as being heat treated, however you will find no lab created or synthetic gemstones in my creations.

Whilst 18 karat gold seldom tarnishes, it can still become dirty through the oils in our skin, body lotions and perfume. I recommend applying these types of cosmetic products first and then waiting a few minutes for the products to absorb into your skin before wearing your jewel.

In order to remove the aforementioned residues, simply clean your jewel with a soft toothbrush, mild soap and warm water and then wipe with a soft polishing cloth.

Some of my jewels contain softer stones like Opal and Moonstone. As a general rule, I would recommend removing the jewellery before carrying out strenuous tasks whereby you may knock your gemstone, and tasks which involve chemicals or submerging your hands in hot water such as cleaning or bathing.

Your enchanting escape will arrive in an elegant, branded taupe faux silk box with a faux suede inlay, wrapped in antique white branded tissue paper, and housed in an ivory white keepsake box. Your package will also include a gold foiled care card and business card.

ABOUT SHIPPING

I offer fully insured shipping worldwide through the Royal Mail and Fedex.

Please make sure that you are home to sign for the jewel on delivery. If you are not present when the courier arrives, they will leave a calling card, after which you can choose a redelivery date or collect the item from your local sorting office or depot.

For creations that are currently in stock, you will receive your jewel within 1-2 working days in the UK once shipped and 2-5 working days for rest of the world orders.

Due to COVID-19, there may be delays that are out of my control.

Custom pieces take approximately 6 weeks between placing your order and shipping, full details of which we will speak about via email or telephone upon ordering.

It is your responsibility to pay for any customs fees or import duties that may arise as a result of you purchasing a wondrous jewel.

ABOUT RETURNS/EXCHANGES

If for any reason, you are not delighted by your enchanting escape, I offer a full refund, minus the original delivery charge for all unworn jewels (excluding pierced earrings for reasons of hygiene) in its complete original packaging, if returned within 14 days. Your refund will be issued to the same payment option by which you paid. I recommend using a recorded and insured returns delivery service for your own protection. You will be responsible for the fees incurred to return the jewel to me.

Unfortunately, I cannot accept liability for an item lost or damaged in transit.
