TERMS & CONDITIONS
By placing an order with Miriam Elizabeth Adornments, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not accept these terms, please do not use this website or place an order.
 
ORDERS & PAYMENT
Payment must be received in full before your order can be processed. Once your payment is authorised and your order is confirmed, we will send you an email receipt, and please do retain this for your records. We reserve the right to decline orders at our discretion. Please ensure you are aware of any import restrictions that may apply to your delivery address and country as we cannot guarantee that delivery to all countries or regions is permissible under local law.
 
PRICING & DELIVERY
All prices are as listed on our website. Please see delivery timeframes and costings on our FAQ page. We do all we can to deliver within the timeframes noted, however these are estimates only. We cannot be held liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
 
RETURNS & REFUNDS
You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to return it for a full refund, as long as the item and packaging are in original condition. To return an item, please include your name, email address, and postal address with your return. We strongly recommend using tracked shipping, and we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit. Ensure you return your proof of postage from your Post Office/ courier. Return shipping costs (except for faulty items) are your responsibility. Refunds will be processed within 7 working days of receiving your return to the original payment method. If there are any issues with your refund, we will send an email to you.
